eGift Card & Promotional Card Terms and Conditions

 “These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of eGift Cards and promotional cards issued by Baddass Cosmetics. By purchasing, accepting or using your card, you agree to the following terms.”

 

1. Delivery: eGift Cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient’s address provided at checkout. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact Customer Support if you suspect the recipient did not receive their eGift Card. Should an email be returned to us due to inaccurate delivery information for the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a valid email address. 

2. Balance Inquiry: For balance inquiry, please refer to your original email.

3. Expiration: eGift Cards and promotional cards do not expire. There are no service fees or fees for inactivity. Issuer reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.

4. Redemption: Cards are redeemable only for purchases of goods at Baddass Cosmetics website or at Image by Lisa (Tallahassee, Fl). Cards are not debit or credit cards. Cards have no cash value and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Cards are not redeemable to purchase another Card or towards previously purchased goods.

5. Reloads: Cards may not be reloaded with value. 

6. Refunds: No refunds are permitted with respect to Cards.

7. Transfers: Cards are non transferable.

8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Card: The value of any lost, damaged or stolen Cards used without authorization will not be replaced or replenished (without a purchase receipt). The value replaced will be equal to the remaining balance on the Cards at the time of replacement.
