Refund policy

At Baddass Cosmetics, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.

Return Policy

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, our online return policy is as follows for Used and Unused product:

  1. Used Product: Due to hygiene considerations, returns or refunds are not accepted for used cosmetic products (foundations are an exception).
  2. Foundation Exception: We understand that finding the right foundation shade is important, so all Cashmere Foundations, Hi-Def Foundations and Dual Powder Foundations can be exchanged or returned, even if lightly used. (If you purchased the wrong foundation shade and would like to exchange it, please contact us at contact@baddasscosmetics.com so we can assist you in choosing the correct shade).
  3. Unused Product: Unused cosmetic products may be returned. Product must be in their original condition and packaging. 

We accept returns for products purchased from Baddass Cosmetics Online only, and all returns are inspected upon receiving. All returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of receiving order and must be returned to Baddass Cosmetics within 15 days from return request approval.

How to submit a return request:

1. Login to your account

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for

3. If your order has more than one item, select the item that you want to return

4. Select a return reason and add any additional information if needed

5. Click request return

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. A refund will be issued once the product has been returned to us. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

For items returned within our returns policy, the product amount plus tax will be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Unfortunately we're unable to refund any shipping charges. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please note, it is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately.  If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.

Exchanges

If you receive an item that you purchased in error, we recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please see our return policy above.

Final Sale

All makeup brushes, tanning products and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
